Hotel Information

For the 2016 conference, West Lake MUN has put a hold on 140 rooms altogether at Zhi Cheng Hotel and Jin Du Hao Ting Hotel in the Binjiang District of Hangzhou. All hotel reservations should be made by having your school contact the hotel directly by October 20 (after this date availability and rates cannot be guaranteed). It is recommended that all schools transfer a deposit at the time they make their reservation.
The conference provides shuttles each morning and evening (please remember to fill out the travel form). The hotel provides breakfast.
